For this role YOU will ideally be based within a 30 minute commute of Maidstone.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
£9.12 (PAYE) £10.50 (Ltd and Umbrella) per hour, all hours up to 40 hours. Mon - Fri
£10.45 (PAYE) £11.50 (Ltd and Umbrella) per hour all hours over Mon - Fri
£10.45 (PAYE) £11.54 (Ltd and Umbrella) Saturdays
£13.12 (PAYE) £14.94 (Ltd and Umbrella) Sunday
Rapier Employment are currently seeking 7.5 Tonne drivers for our client based in Maidstone.
Your typical day will involve delivering white goods, soft furnishings and other bulky items to customer's in their homes. This will be completed in a 2 person team due to the weight of the deliveries. It is also important to note that sometimes this is to upper floors of flats often without the aid of lifts.
The start times can vary between 06.00, 08.00 or 10.00 and days are a minimum of 10 hours but often 12-13 per day, delivering up to 43 deliveries depending on route
To be considered for this role you will undergo a driving and theory assessment.
You must have held the same class of licence for at least 1 years and must have 3 months driving experience with a maximum of 6 points on licence for minor offences NO DR10 or IN10s.

IDEALLY YOU WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
7.5 Tonne licence held for at least a year with a minimum of 3 months experience
Digital Tachograph card and CPC qualification
Relevant experience in a similar role
